Clean Aid Direct is designed to facilitate the purchase, supply and support of commercial cleaning products in a way that will exceed

Guarantee
CleanAid Direct guarantees all products supplied to you, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased
product please contact CleanAid Direct to start a return and refund process. We will refund or replace the product at
our discretion excluding any return freight costs.

CleanAid Direct aims to have your items delivered with in 3  working days of placing an order and or making payment.

1. Clean Aid Direct Account
In order to purchase from the site you will be asked to create an account with Clean Aid Direct. This is a simple and
fast process that will offer you many member benefits, including receiving regular emails (no spam) regarding special
limited deals and advance opportunities on our sales. Your shopping address details will be kept in our system saving you
the effort of entering these details each time you checkout.

2. Hazardous Goods
Clean Aid Direct sells and distributes some products which may be of a hazardous nature.
If any item is classified as an dangerous goods under current legislation additional freight charges may apply.
We have restricted our product range on-line,please call us regarding any dangerous goods or chemical that you
may wish to purchase and we can assists personally.
The on-line product range is increasing daily and we will continually add products and chemicals to our on-line range.

Alternatives may also be available.

3. Payment
Products displayed on this site can be purchased using secure on-line transaction facility for VISA and American Express.

4. Security
Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for
purposes of completing the transaction.

5. Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars, and will be subject to GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication;
however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a production, we
will contact you prior to processing your order.

6. Privacy Policy
Any information collected about you through this website is used exclusively for the purpose of processing orders, improving
your shopping experience, and to communicate with you regarding products, services and special promotions. Personal information
will only be collected to the extent deemed reasonable necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes. We will store any
information that you provide securely.
We respect your Privacy; it is as simple as that. We expect other web-based businesses to respect our privacy, so in turn we
respect yours.
We appreciate the information you share with us, and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, we are going to tell you what
happens to your information when you give it to us.
The information you provide is seen and used only by us, and only for the purposes of personally contacting you. We
don’t sell or rent out your address, and we won’t email / phone you with an endless stream of annoying material. We may just
send you the occasional note to let you know of sales and specials; we anticipate this being about once a month. If this gets annoying,
just don’t answer, or let us know and we won’t send any more to you.

Clean Aid Direct will not be responsible or liable for any loss of privacy, disclosure of information, harm, damage or loss that may
result from the transmission of your, or any information which is out of our control.

7. Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) after payment clears into our account. A confirmation email
including your invoice number, will advise you of the dispatch date of your order.
Clean Aid Direct does not offer a pick-up service. Local orders must be shipped to a local address.
Clean Aid Direct will deliver the goods to the address you provide on the order form. Any delivery date we give is an estimate.
Clean Aid Direct is not liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery.
If the goods cannot be delivered because you cannot accept delivery, the incorrect address has been provided, or no one is
available to accept the goods, it then becomes the buyer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods
from their courier depot.
If the goods are returned to Clean Aid Direct for any reason, the customer may be responsible for any additional postage fees.

8. Returns Policy
Clean Aid Direct will only accept returns for the following:
    • Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
    • Good supplied incorrectly
    • Goods that vary from their description
    • Goods that are not delivered in accordance with our delivery guarantee

9. Product Delivery Guarantee
The guarantee is limited to urban areas within New Zealand and does not include rural deliveries.
The guarantee is limited to the same product description and weight, as the original product, which was delivered late.
The customer must notify Clean Aid Direct within 2 days of a late delivery.
Late deliveries caused by act of God (earthquake, flood etc) are not valid.
Orders must be received by Clean Aid Direct before 2.00pm for delivery next business day.

10. Refunds
Whenever possible, Clean Aid Direct will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods; otherwise a full refund will be issued for
the value of the damaged or faulty goods, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
If applicable, postage / courier costs will be reimbursed on receipt of goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. All returns
should be sent in their original packaging and posted to our return depot at the following address:
